Admin Assistant (15hr p/w | £14ph) 


Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant at Dent Rewind. This part-time position involves providing administrative support and excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, taking bookings, and responding to emails, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries for quotes. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, totalling 15 hours per week. This position is available immediately.



Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate staff members, and taking accurate messages when required.

Taking Bookings: Efficiently manage the booking system, ensuring appointments are scheduled appropriately and according to customer preferences.

Responding to Emails: Monitor and respond to emails promptly, providing relevant and accurate information to clients and colleagues.

WhatsApp Messages: Manage WhatsApp inquiries, respond to customer queries, and provide support as needed.

Enquiries for Quotes: Handle customer inquiries for quotes, provide accurate pricing information, and assist in scheduling appointments for assessments, if required.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, customer interactions, and other administrative tasks using appropriate software or tools.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient operations and compliance.

Education: English GCSE (or equivalent). +18years old. 

Previous Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative role or customer service position is preferred.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Organisation and Multitasking: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a professional and friendly manner.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, email, internet) and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour in all interactions, ensuring a positive representation of the company.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address problems independently or escalate them to the appropriate person for resolution.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and prioritise tasks accordingly.

Confidentiality: Respect and maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
